Sarah and Sean's wedding day was nothing short of magical. With the perfect fall weather setting the stage, Weeks Farm in Newport, North Carolina provided a stunning backdrop for their celebration. It was my first time photographing at this beautiful venue, and I’m already eager to go back. From the sprawling greenery to the charming nooks for portraits, Weeks Farm is a dream for any photographer.

The bridal party got ready right on site, which made the morning flow seamlessly. There’s something so special about everyone being in one place less rushing, more time for moments that matter.

Instead of a traditional first look, Sarah and Sean chose to share a first prayer. I had never captured this before, and I have to say, I am absolutely obsessed. That quiet moment of reflection, hands held tight, eyes closed in prayer, it was simply beautiful. It was such a touching way for them to connect before the ceremony without actually seeing each other.

The entire day unfolded effortlessly. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all within steps of each other, making it easy for guests to enjoy every moment. I’m still dreaming about that outdoor ceremony space, it’s truly gorgeous! Weeks Farm even had outdoor games set up, which was such a fun touch for guests to enjoy while mingling. I can’t say enough about the staff, either. They were so helpful and kept everything running smoothly. If you’re still on the hunt for a venue, I’d definitely suggest considering Weeks Farm.

Sarah and Sean wrapped up their perfect day with a sparkler send-off, which was the perfect grand finale. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect ending for such a beautiful couple.
